Step into the ring with a true legend. For over 30 years, the Twins Special BGVL3 has been the gold standard for boxers and Muay Thai fighters globally. Handcrafted in Thailand from premium-grade Thai leather, these gloves blend time-tested tradition with elite modern performance.

Engineered for heavy-duty training, the BGVL3 features multi-layered foam padding that delivers ultimate shock absorption, protecting your knuckles and hands hook after hook. The durable hook-and-loop wrist strap provides exceptional stability, while the contoured, attached thumb prevents injury. Once broken in, these gloves mould uniquely to your hands for a secure, custom fit that feels like a natural extension of your arm.

Whether you’re tearing up the pads, working the heavy bag (8oz–12oz), or stepping up to spar (14oz–16oz), the Twins BGVL3 offers the uncompromising protection and durability that elite athletes demand.

The global leading Muay Thai brand

Twins is an authority, a trendsetter, and a market leader in the world of Muay Thai. Step foot into any Muay Thai gym and you will find Twins equipment.

Twins are recognised worldwide for the unrivaled quality of their equipment, providing the official Muay Thai gloves of the prestigious Lumpini stadium in Bangkok.

Gloves Size Guide

Our Muay Thai gloves are available in sizes 8oz to 16oz.

The greater the weight of the gloves, the more padding they have which leads to a larger size. However, there is only a small difference in the size of the internal compartment of the gloves, so you should not pick a weight based on the size of your hands, but rather the activity they are intended for.

The best person to advise on what size gloves you should buy is your trainer. If in doubt, 16oz gloves are a safe bet as they can be used for everything. See our Guide to Muay Thai Glove Sizes for more information.
