The Twins Special BGVL4 gloves offer a sleek, clinch-friendly alternative to the classic BGVL3 model. Featuring a streamlined design on the back of the hand, the BGVL4 eliminates excess bulk to provide exceptional wrist flexibility without compromising on knuckle protection. Delivering the premium craftsmanship that has made Twins a trusted name for over 30 years, this model is the perfect choice for fighters who prioritize agility and a dynamic clinch game.

Engineered for versatility, these gloves provide excellent hand and wrist protection, making them ideal for all aspects of training. The durable Velcro strap ensures a secure fit, while the attached contoured thumb minimizes the risk of injury. With multi-layered foam padding, the BGVL4 absorbs impact effectively, offering the perfect balance of protection and comfort. Over time, the gloves mould to your hands, providing a custom fit for enhanced performance.

Designed for pad and bag work (10-12oz) as well as sparring (14-16oz), the BGVL4 is a must-have for fighters looking for a durable, high-performance glove. Handcrafted in Thailand using premium Thai leather, these gloves offer exceptional durability and a professional feel.

The global leading Muay Thai brand

Twins is an authority, a trendsetter, and a market leader in the world of Muay Thai. Step foot into any Muay Thai gym and you will find Twins equipment.

Twins are recognised worldwide for the unrivaled quality of their equipment, providing the official Muay Thai gloves of the prestigious Lumpini stadium in Bangkok.

Gloves Size Guide

Our Muay Thai gloves are available in sizes 8oz to 16oz.

The greater the weight of the gloves, the more padding they have which leads to a larger size. However, there is only a small difference in the size of the internal compartment of the gloves, so you should not pick a weight based on the size of your hands, but rather the activity they are intended for.

The best person to advise on what size gloves you should buy is your trainer. If in doubt, 16oz gloves are a safe bet as they can be used for everything. See our Guide to Muay Thai Glove Sizes for more information.
